Weekly Wanderlust: Montreal, Quebec

montreal1

Just in time for the renowned annual jazz festival, this week’s dreamy destination is Montreal. The capital of Quebec has been on my bucket list for quite some time but, alas, I have not yet made it. I don’t even know that much about the city, so my fascination with it is a bit odd. But I know they speak French which is sexy. The architecture is gorgeous which is something I want from a city. They love their fries, which means they’re cool with me. It’s like Europe without the jetlag.

Here’s a look at Old Town (Vieux-Montréal), some poutine, the Botanical Garden, and molecular gastronomy from Toqué!
