Jenny Packham’s swoon-worthy Spring/Summer 2017 collection was inspired by 31 equally swoon-worthy women. Brigitte Bardot, Dita Von Teese, Frida Kahlo, Iman, and Lauren Bacall were among the diverse muses who influenced the glamorous collection, which features delicate beading, flowing silhouettes, and vibrant pops of color. In a perfect world, this is what I would wear everyday.
I came across these photos from the latest issue of NY Mag and had to share. Photographed by Erik Madigan Heck, the spread features vibrant hues and bold patterns from Marni, Balenciaga, Prada, and more. The theme of the Costume Institute’s Spring 2016 exhibition is “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology“, which explores the emergence of a distinction between the hand (manus) and the machine (machina) in fashion. The annual Met Ball Gala, which kicks off the exhibition, is one of fashion’s biggest nights of the year, with attendees […]

Since then, he has dressed numerous celebrities (including my current girl crush Priyanka Chopra) and become known for his feminine, sculptural works of wearable art. The Spring/Summer 2016 Couture collection from […]
The Cushnie et Ochs Fall 2016 Ready-to-wear collection was shown at New York Fashion Week yesterday and design duo Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs sent a sea of bold red, white, and black looks down the runway. The brazenly sexy collection featured bodycon dresses with unique cutouts and slinky slip dresses and would look right at home in […]

Founded in 2007 by Australians Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo, haute couture house Ralph & Russo is a favorite of Beyoncé and Angelina Jolie (and me!). Their Spring 2016 Haute Couture show, which took place in Paris last week, proves why. Ethereal and feminine, with intricate beading, delicate laces, and hand-painted fabrics, this collection shows why the label […]
